What is the cost of an AVANT Membership?

Memberships start at $185 biweekly.

Every AVANT membership is tailored to you. Once we understand your goals, schedule, and how much support you want, we’ll recommend the tier that fits your path forward.

Guest access is reserved for select AVANT membership tiers. All other tiers remain member-only to preserve the integrity of our curated community.

Yes. All members can freeze their membership twice per year for up to 4 weeks each. 

Yes, all members have access to our six boutique fitness studios. Membership Tier determines how far in advance you can reserve your spot in classes. 

All members have full access to the Thermal Cove, our contrast therapy experience.

Access to The Haven is based on your membership tier. This is our advanced, science-backed recovery space featuring red light therapy, lymphatic drainage, compression therapy, and acupressure modalities.

Our team of experts will work with you to create a personalized performance plan, including training, recovery, nutrition and lifestyle strategies designed for long-term results.

Our thoughtfully curated smoothie menu is designed to fuel you pre- and post-workout. AVANT NOIR members enjoy complimentary smoothies and espresso, while PRIVÉ and GARDE members receive complimentary espresso with access to the full smoothie and cafe menu for purchase.

Monday – Thursday: 5 AM – 10 PM

Friday: 5 AM – 9 PM

Saturday & Sunday: 6 AM – 7 PM
