What is a Private Member's Club?
AVANT is a private members’ club designed to offer the ultimate, elite fitness and wellness experience to like-minded individuals. Access is limited, and not guaranteed.

What types of fitness studios will be at AVANT?
AVANT Members will have access to six unique boutique fitness studio experiences, delivered in purposefully designed spaces curated for peak performance. AVANT will be home to:
The LF3 STUDIO for Small Group Strength Training.
The ALIGN STUDIO for Reformer Pilates.
The GLOW STUDIO for Hot Mat Pilates and Hot Yoga.
The STRIKE STUDIO for Boxing.
The PACE STUDIO for Cycling.
The SCULPT STUDIO for Mat Pilates, Barre, and Yoga.
What kind of amenities will AVANT have?
At AVANT, we understand that training and recovery go hand in hand. We will have a number of luxurious, science-backed amenities to help keep you ready for peak performance, including: a cold plunge, a dry sauna, a steam room, red light therapy, relaxation & recovery pods, an alignment suite, and our detox suite for lymphatic drainage therapy.
Will you offer Personal Training?
Yes. Our Elite team of High Performance Coaches will guide our Members through personalized programming to help them exceed their fitness goals and push the boundaries of what they thought possible.
Will you also have an open gym area?
Yes. Our luxurious fitness area will be be expansive, refined, and intentionally designed for you.
We’ve hand selected the best pieces of strength and cardio equipment to deliver exactly what your training demands.

1 Bloor Street East will soon be home to AVANT — taking over the iconic corner of Bloor and Yonge, directly connected to the Bloor subway station.
