What is the cost of an AVANT Membership?

Because every AVANT membership is tailored to the individual, pricing is determined through our application process. Once we understand your goals, schedule, and level of support desired, we’ll recommend the tier that is best suited to you.

Guest access is exclusive to AVANT NOIR members. All other tiers are member-only to preserve the integrity of our curated community.

Yes. All members can freeze their membership twice per year for up to 4 weeks each. AVANT NOIR members receive this benefit at no cost, while other tiers will be subject to a freeze fee.

Yes, all members have access to our six boutique fitness studios. Membership Tier determines how far in advance you can reserve your spot in classes. Daily Reformer Pilates access is available to AVANT PRIVÉ and AVANT NOIR members.

Access to recovery amenities (Thermal Cove and The Haven) depends on your Membership Tier. All members can reserve the Thermal Cove, but how early you can book— depends on your tier. Access to The Haven follows the same structure, with higher tiers unlocking additional modalities and access.

Our team of experts will work with you to create a personalized performance plan, including training, recovery, nutrition and lifestyle strategies designed for long-term results.

Our thoughtfully curated smoothie menu is designed to fuel you pre- and post-workout. AVANT NOIR members enjoy complimentary smoothies and espresso, while PRIVÉ and GARDE members receive complimentary espresso with access to the full smoothie and cafe menu for purchase.
